These moments of feeling stuck can actually be the first step toward positive change. The approaches I use are grounded in practical techniques, with you at the center of the process. You'll develop new strategies and gain greater self-awareness to create the changes or mindset shifts that will help you move forward. My role isn’t to analyse you, but to empower you with the tools and knowledge you need to eventually become your own therapist and coach.

My Primary Approach

is rooted in Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mind-Body Bridging (MBB) and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy - a 'non-state' based approach to hypnosis combined with the evidence-based practices of CBT.

To enhance both my understanding and the effectiveness of my work, I have also trained extensively in Unified Protocol (UP), which was developed to help people manage strong emotions. Additionally, I have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a specialised form of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, as well as solution-based methods and other shorter trainings. Currently, I am deepening my expertise through Dr. Donald Meichenbaum’s Essence of Psychotherapy training program.

Alongside these evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I draw upon my knowledge of biological sciences to integrate physical well-being into the therapeutic process. This holistic approach ensures that we address both the mind and body, fostering a deeper connection with oneself and a more comprehensive path to healing.
